Proclamation No. 407, s. 2023 has declared December 1, 2023 as a special non-working day in the municipality of Cainta, Rizal in celebration of the Sumbingtik Festival.
In observance of the special day, there will be NO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS at DepEd CALABARZON Regional Office, located in Karangalan Village, Cainta, Rizal, on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2023.
