A pleasant day to everyone.

Today, we gather to celebrate an important milestone in the lives of our graduates. This day marks the result of years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. It is a proud moment not only for the graduates, but also for the families, teachers, and mentors who have supported them throughout their journey.

There is a saying that goes, “Nothing worth having comes easy.” This truly reflects the journey of our graduates. The path that brought you here was not always smooth. There were times when you felt tired, pressured, and perhaps even unsure of yourselves. Yet despite those challenges, you continued to move forward. With determination, hard work, and the guidance of your teachers and loved ones, you were able to reach this meaningful achievement.

Dear graduates, always remember that behind every success is a family that believed in you. Your parents and guardians made many sacrifices so that you could reach this day. Their support, encouragement, and love helped you overcome the challenges along the way. Let your gratitude be shown not only through your words, but also through the choices you make and the life you continue to build.

As we reflect on the theme of today’s celebration, “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character,” we are reminded that education is not only about gaining knowledge and skills. More importantly, it is about shaping the kind of person you become. Competence allows you to perform your responsibilities well and face the demands of the modern world. Character, however, reminds you to use your abilities with honesty, responsibility, and compassion.

As you step into the next chapter of your lives, you will encounter many opportunities, but also many challenges. When those moments come, remember the lessons you have learned inside and outside the classroom. Let your competence guide your actions, and let your character guide your decisions.

Wherever life may lead you—whether you continue your studies, pursue a profession, or serve your community—may you use what you have learned not only for your own success, but also to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Our country needs individuals who are not only capable, but also principled, compassionate, and committed to serving others.

Congratulations, graduates. We are proud of you, and we look forward to the contributions you will make to your communities and to our nation.

Mabuhay ang Batch 2026.
