Orientation sessions for TAPATAN PLUS or “TAlakayan at PAnayam para sa Tapat na Aksyong Napapanahon: Paglilingkod sa Lucenahin Uunahin, Sisipatin” of the Division Field Technical Assistance Team (DFTAT) of Lucena City began at Lucena City Teachers and Employees Conference Center ( LCTECC), January 13.
TAPATAN PLUS is designed to strengthen the schools in managing their respective schools leading to the achievement of their performance outcomes; provide relevant, timely and appropriate technical assistance to schools of all units in the Division Office; determine the situations of school, their needs, aspirations, plans, strengths and weaknesses; provide enabling interventions and strategies to schools to help them achieve their goals; and facilitate continuous improvement.
Furthermore, Schools Division Superintendent Hermogenes Panganiban led TAPATAN PLUS Team 1, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Babylyn M. Pambid headed Team 2 while SGOD Chief Epifania F. Carandang and CID Chief Josephine T. Natividad supervised team 3 and 4, respectively.
The synchronized visit of TAPATAN PLUS team to schools is scheduled on January 20 until March 2 of this year. The activity also included Focused Group Discussions (FGD) to school heads, teachers, learners, parents and stakeholders. (Karina R. Bautista, EPS, SDO Lucena City)
