As a willful sign of support to the implementation of Sulong Edukalidad and Pivot 4A QuBE, the Schools Division of Imus City with the dynamic leadership of Schools Division Superintendent Rosemarie D. Torres, launched the said laudable programs during the First Division Management Committee Meeting at Tanza Oasis Hotel, Tanza, Cavite on January 31.
The said launching was witnessed by key officials and Education Program Supervisors in the division and 35 school heads from elementary to senior high school who expressed their commitment and willingness to implement the programs at the school level. All the participants in the said launching agreed that the quest for quality education should be prioritized this time.
Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Galileo L. Go presented the different aspects of the program together with its national and international counterparts or initiatives such as the Goal Number 4 of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and the Sulong Edukalidad. Comprehensively, ASDS Go pinpointed the relevant thrusts of the DepEd Central Office (KITE) pertaining to Sulong Edukalidad that are closely linked to the four strategic thrusts of the region.
Imus City’s SGOD chief presented on the other hand the strategic plan of the division and the annual implementation plan that will address or ensure the implementation of Pivot 4A QuBE. One of the relevant division-initiated programs, Bawat Bidang Imusenyo Bumabasa (BaBIBU) was emphasized as one of the most relevant undertakings of the division, which was launched a week before the introduction of Pivot 4A QuBE.
On March 3-5, schools are expected to present their revised School Improvement Plan (SIP) that will highlight changes that accommodate programs, projects and activities gearing to the attainment of quality education which is the foremost goal of Pivot 4A QuBE.
