The Department of Education (DepEd) Region IV-A CALABARZON recognized Talipan National High School (TNHS) as the third best school in the Search for Brigada Eskwela Plus Best School Implementer at Tagaytay International Convention Center (TICC) in Tagaytay City on January 25.
Caridad C. Grimaldo, principal of TNHS was elated for the recognition in the implementation of Brigada Eskwela, where the school earns continuous financial assistance and labor extended by parents, stakeholders and students.
“Brigada Eskwela Plus is the search for best school implementer among Hall of Famers. Ang Talipan NHS kasi, three consecutive years na siyang winner which made us qualify to Brigada Plus and luckily we won third place in this competition,” Grimaldo said.
She also added that the award showed the importance of partnership and cooperation that the school has been practicing for the past years together with parents and other stakeholders.
The school is the only secondary school in the Division of Quezon that qualified and received the distinction under the large secondary school category.
“Hindi natatapos sa pagiging Hall of Famer ang aming trabaho para mas maging maganda ang aming programa para sa kagandahan at kaayusan ng paaralan. This is why we want to offer this award to everyone who has been an active partner of our school hanggang sa ngayon,” Grimaldo added.
The Brigada Eskwela Plus is the Regional search for best brigada implementer among hall of famers like Talipan National School which won the Best Brigada Implementer Award for three consecutive years by manifesting an outstanding accomplishment in ensuring the maximum participation of the stakeholders, and creating a safe and motivating environment for the learners.
