Schools Division Office (SDO) of Lucena City highlighted its accomplishments through Division Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustment (DMEPA) with 56 participants composed of Division Chiefs, Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Senior Education Program Specialists, Education Program Specialists II, Project Development Officers, Planning Officer, and Division Unit Heads held at Lucena City Teachers & Employees Conference Center (LCTECC), July 18.

DMEPA aimed to present highlights of accomplishments within the second quarter (April to June), considered the next steps and future directions in the programs, projects or activities to be implemented, and aligned the activities to the Schools Division Office targets.

Each schools district presented the District Monitoring Evaluation and Plan Adjustment (DisMEPA) as regards to provision of equitable access, quality and relevance, and management of educational resources towards transparent, ethical and accountable governance. Meanwhile, Education Program Supervisors presented the status of accomplishments in terms of their Key Results Areas (KRAs) as indicated in their Individual Performance and Commitment Review Form (IPCRF).

Likewise, Dr. Karina R. Bautista, Senior Education Program Specialist, presented the highlights of accomplishments of the School Governance & Operations Division in terms of Planning and Research, Training and Development, Educational Facilities, Social Mobilization and Networking, Disaster Risk Reduction Management, School Health, Senior High School and Special Programs, and School Management Monitoring & Evaluation based on the KRA.

Moreover, Angelo S. Villanueva, Education Program Specialist II, presented the results of findings drawn from the conduct of synchronized division field technical assistance held on July 16.

Meanwhile, Schools Division Superintendent Aniano M. Ogayon emphasized the strategic direction of the division and reminded all the participants on what the division wants to be towards the continuous improvement of services and performances.

Furthermore, Rolan B. Aldovino, Planning Officer III, synthesized the highlights of accomplishments, provided technical assistance on the set directions and targets based on the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) of SDO Lucena. (Angelo S. Villanueva, EPS-II, SMME, SDO Lucena City)
