“There is nothing more powerful, more glorious, more triumphant than the moment you start to believe that your dream has become a reality,” said Joseph Aureada, EPS- Values Education, during the launching of Schools Division Office of Tayabas City’s Project 4C’s (Cascading Characters through Classroom Circles), held at Kalumpang Elementary School on August 16.
The program which he considered “a dream come true,” was conceptualized as a sincere response to the call of the Division of Tayabas City for the instilling and strengthening of important values to Tayabense students.
Project 4 C’s which is anchored on DepEd’s Core Values and DepEd Order No. 8 s, 2015 aims to address various student behavior such as delinquency among adolescents, substance abuse, chronic absenteeism and gang fights in basic education institutions.
