Schools Division of Cavite Province capacitated Information Communication Technology (ICT) Coordinators through the conduct of the Division Rollout on the Updating of Individual Personal Data Sheets (PDS) of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of SDO Cavite.

Aiming for 100 percent completion of entries in Enterprise Human Resource Information System (EHRIS), Division Information Technology Officer Mignon Cecille Mangoba headed the team which provided technical assistance to 354 ICT Coordinators from elementary, integrated, and secondary schools and a stand-alone Senior High School, in encoding and updating their personnel’s e-PDS.

Batch 1 was conducted on February 15-16 while batch 2 was on February 20-21 at Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay City.

Administrative Aide VI Norita Vasquez and Administrative Officer I Teodoro Fulvadora Jr. extended their assistance in the issuance of temporary employee ID numbers to autonomous/implementing units.

Meanwhile, Division Librarian Leonila Custodio, Nurse II Aimee Eugene Aure, and Project Development Officer II-LRMDS Julie Anne Vertudes assisted in the creation and registration of new accounts.

Moreover, Administrative Assistant II Sarah Lyn Marcaida, Registrar I Jasmin Sambrano, Administrative Aide IV John Mark Soliga, and Administrative Aide IV  Roy Edward Constante took charge of updating the EHRIS accounts.

Gina Dulce and Allain Alvarez, SEPS of Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), respectively, and Jonathan Jimenez, EPS of M&E, also attended the roll-out for the event’s quality assurance

Dr. Diana P. Topacio, OIC-Office of the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, graced the opening ceremony with her inspirational message to the participants.

CONVERGE ICT Solutions Inc., the provincial government of Cavite’s internet services provider, sponsored the event by providing smooth and reliable internet connection to the participants and members of the team during the four-day rollout.
