Nenita Yohanon Named RO’s Employee of the Month for March
After a series of rigorous deliberation, the Regional Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee, through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), recently awarded Nenita Morallos Yohanon or “Ate Nitz” as Employee of the Month for March last May 16 at the R.O. Flag Raising Ceremony.
An Administrative Aide II of the Administrative Division, Ms. Yohanon was born in Gamang, Northern Samar, married and a mother of four. Now at 63, Ate Nitz was nominated for her qualities such as punctuality, willingness to help others, dedication to her daily tasks and for her motherly care.
Her nominators said, “She gets things done on time, does a quality job and always strives hard to help others.” They add, “She gets along with everyone and she possesses selfless sense of voluntarism.”
As Employee of the Month, Ate Nitz received a Certificate of Recognition and monetary award of one thousand pesos. In an interview she said that the real secret to a happy life is to enjoy what you are doing and be thankful always to the Lord.
She has been of service in the region since 2004.
